1. Who We Are
This website and the book "The $100 Million YES" are operated by Marc T. Clapasson / MTC Holding. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean the operator of this website. When we say "you," we mean you as a visitor or customer.
2. What We Collect
We collect only what's necessary to deliver what you purchased or requested:
When you buy the book: Your email address (to deliver your download link), your name and payment details (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number).
When you sign up for notifications: Your email address only.
When you visit the site: Basic analytics data (pages viewed, referral source, device type). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
To deliver products you've purchased. To send you the launch notification you signed up for. To improve this website. That's it. We don't send unsolicited marketing emails. If you signed up for a course notification, you'll receive one email when it launches, plus a reminder. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Payment Processing
All payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard TLS encryption. We do not process, store, or have access to your full credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secured servers within the European Union and/or the United States. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent for email communications at any time, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address listed in the Imprint.
7. EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing your data is: contract performance (delivering purchased products), legitimate interest (website analytics and improvement), and consent (email notifications). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
